Job Description
Responsibilities :
  • Mastering and maintaining knowledge in both current and emerging web technologies
  • Collaborate with software developers and configuration owner to plan, design, develop, test and maintain all solutions.
  • Design, develop, and test applications in accordance with established standards.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
  • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. Adhere to high-quality development principles and standards while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Must have Technical Key Skills : ASP.Net MVC, C#.Net, Web API, WCF, Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, SQL Server, HTML5 (Bootstrap)
One should qualify following process to get enroll:
  • Objective and Subjective Type Written (15 to 20 Questions, 15-20 Minutes)
  • Machine Test Practical 1hr. ,(CRUD Operation)
  • F2F Technical HR Round.
  • Candidates will be finalized when he/she will successfully qualify all 3 rounds

  • INR 15,000/mo. stipend for next six months as On Job Trainee (OJT).
  • After completion of 1 year, you will be employed with a salary of INR 20,000 per month. Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

This role is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand our client's customer base. This role will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business. This individual should be motivated customer sales personnel with experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Prospecting & qualifying the particular companies based on their products & services, profits, employee strength etc. and generating prospectus leads from the assigned territory.

·         Supporting to marketing programs as needs such as creation & maintenance of mailing lists, invitations etc.

·         Ability to identify the key decision makers and develop long – term relationship.

·         Pulls data from online sources like LinkedIn, Hoovers, Jigsaw & prosper websites as needed.

·         Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.

·         Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.

·         Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

·         Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.

·         Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.

·         Utilize inside sales knowledge.

·         Quote formal and spot bids.

·         Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues.

Skills and Qualifications

·         Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

·         Proficiency in IT and technology solutions relevant to logistics.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.

·         Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.

·         Document issues with orders thoroughly.

·         Track/trace shipments when requested.
