    • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

    The executive will be given update about the Software/Module/ERP from the advanced team and then he be deployed at client site to guide and work for the implementation for the same, training of personnel for using software, and resolution of all issues by communication to software developer team . Additionally, the executive will be expected to provide report at day end and be very much familiar with Microsoft office.
    The executive will be expected to work in multiple locations within a diverse team and communicate effectively with Web Application software, other teams and branches and support staff and management.
    The individual must stay current with new developments in the products, attend training in new tools and features, and recommend best practices and User Guides. Should be able to conduct training for new users, new softwares and mentoring. Candidate will be provided with IT administrative privileges to carry out any Implementation/Configuration task, and as well assist Users in projects when required, working with IT, design engineers and third parties.
    Attributes Required:
    • Domain knowledge of Courier, Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
    • Candidate must have good knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and good communication skills.
